FAQ
How do engagements start?
Every engagement opens with a short discovery conversation — no charge — to understand the problem, the constraints, and whether I'm the right person for it. If we're a fit, you get a scoped proposal with a clear outcome and timeline before any work begins.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per engagement and depends on scope. Build work is usually fixed-scope or retainer; training is priced per workshop series or program. Tell me what you're trying to do and I'll come back with a concrete number — no surprises.
Do you work with non-technical teams?
Yes. The Train track exists for exactly that — getting people who aren't engineers genuinely fluent and confident with AI tools. And on Build work, I make sure your team can run and extend what we ship.
Remote or on-site?
I'm based in San Diego and work with teams remotely by default, with on-site available for workshops and key sessions when it helps.
